Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) provides assessments and training for tech companies and aspiring professionals worldwide, helping companies & individuals transform their lives through career development and acquiring the new skills needed as a tech professional.
Our focus on data science, machine learning, and generative AI helps tech-forward companies level up their employees' skills and drive innovation.
We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join Nebius Academy’s B2B Curriculum team for an initial three-month project, with the possibility of extension.
You will design and adapt practical learning programs for corporate clients, with a strong focus on technical content: agentic AI development, learning experiences for software developers, and other complex technical skills. You will work with subject-matter experts to turn business needs into clear learning paths, hands-on practice, and assessments.
This is a full-time, remote engagement under a service agreement. The initial contract is for three months. Any extension will depend on the team’s plans and business needs.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation, in collaboration with Product Managers and subject-matter experts.
- Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across the course, modules, and individual lessons.
- Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on materials provided by subject-matter experts.
- Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops, seminars, and other live formats.
- Analyze each client’s learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles together with Product Managers and client stakeholders.
- Customize learning activities, case studies, learning paths, curriculum structure, and schedules to reflect authentic client tasks and the needs of different roles.
- Continuously improve the learning experience by auditing cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with learning outcomes; use learner feedback and expert recommendations to update content and maintain an improvement backlog.
Requirements
Must have:
- At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or in a comparable role.
- Proven experience applying modern learning experience design models, methodologies, and frameworks to the development of complex skills.
- Experience structuring end-to-end learning experiences, including building Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps and mapping learning outcomes.
- Ability to create different forms of educational content, including long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and other learning aids.
- Experience designing and integrating skills and knowledge assessments into a course.
- English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 users with a good fit in other requirements are welcome to apply, too).
Nice to have:
- Strong familiarity with popular AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design). Experience creating your own agents or workflows, or some familiarity with coding, is a strong plus.
- Experience adapting curricula for B2B clients based on their business goals, workflows, learner profiles, and operational constraints.
What we can offer you
- Compensation of USD 2,500–3,000 gross per month under a service agreement.
- Remote, full-time collaboration.
- Performance reviews twice a year and a bonus system.
- Digital office. We use modern digital tools such as Miro, Notion, and Slack to keep our teamwork smooth.
- Professional autonomy. We trust your expertise and do not believe in micromanagement.
- Room to grow. Our product is expanding rapidly, creating opportunities to take on new challenges and develop professionally.
- A diverse and close-knit international team working across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
