The Learning and Development Consultant is expected to deliver content with purpose and discipline, using engagement strategically to reinforce understanding, practice skills, and support knowledge retention.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions (live + digital/self-paced + application) aligned to defined learning objectives and performance standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end blended learning experiences by connecting pre-work, live instruction (in-person or virtual), and post-session practice/assignments; manage modality transitions and supporting technology to maintain engagement and learning continuity.
• Deliver new-hire onboarding programs and ongoing learning initiatives that support role readiness and skill progression.
• Apply adult learning principles to support understanding, practice, and skill transfer in an operational environment.
• Lead structured skill practice, role-play, and application activities aligned to job expectations.

• Maintain readiness on content, systems, and business updates to ensure learning experiences remain accurate and relevant.
• Foster a professional, inclusive learning environment that supports participation, accountability, and growth.
• Use AI-enabled tools and technologies, as appropriate, to enhance facilitation effectiveness, support learner engagement, and enable continuous improvement.
• Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.
