The Rakuten Travel Experiences business is in a phase of rapid growth, driven by the recovery of tourism demand post-COVID-19 and the revitalization of the inbound market. We aim to provide the best memories to domestic and international tourists in the "in-destination" travel experience sector and to boost the Japanese tourism market.

To achieve this goal, strengthening the Business Development team, which is responsible for acquiring attractive suppliers and driving business promotion, is essential.
We welcome individuals who are not looking for routine work, but who possess significant discretion and responsibility, view business growth as their own, and are eager to build the future together.

- Attractiveness of Business/Organizational Phase
Participate in the rapidly growing phase of a new business in the "in-destination" travel sector, where market expansion is expected. Gain experience in business creation and market leadership in a global and dynamic environment.

Due to the small team size, you will have significant discretion, and your ideas will directly contribute to business growth. There is a vibrant discussion and cooperative system, allowing you to lead projects from the bottom up.

- Career Steps (Acquirable Skills and Career Paths)
As a new business area, you can experience numerous trials and errors in short cycles, enabling significant improvement in business skills such as problem-setting, problem-solving, and breakthrough capabilities. Future career paths include promotion to management positions or transfers to other Rakuten Group divisions.

- Differentiation from competitors (attractiveness derived from this business × Rakuten Group's resources)
By leveraging Rakuten Group's strong brand power, vast membership base, and collaboration with its diverse services, it is possible to develop the business with an overwhelming competitive advantage that other companies do not possess. The ability to make high value-added proposals to suppliers by utilizing these assets is also a unique appeal of this business.
