Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust backend systems and APIs for Fin Tech applications. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate requirements into actionable development plans. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on Fin Tech or financial services. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex software projects. Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go, and related frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
