What You'll Be Doing

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while providing technical guidance across projects and teams. Responsibilities include: Driving technical solutions and engineering best practices Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications Leading code reviews and contributing to architectural discussions Collaborating with product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams Guiding and mentoring fellow engineers Supporting modern DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and automation practices Solving challenging technical problems and identifying innovative approaches to delivery

What We're Looking For We're interested in engineers who bring both technical depth and leadership capability.

You will ideally have: 8+ years of software development experience Experience leading technical initiatives, teams, modules, or workstreams Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design Expertise in technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or equivalent Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Agile delivery, DevOps, and secure development practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and mentoring others What's In It For You We believe great engineers deserve great opportunities.
