• Mentoring engineers and helping create a strong, collaborative engineering culture
• Supporting the adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude
• Partnering with colleagues across a distributed global organisation

.

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineering experience, including building production-grade systems
• Experience leading or acting as technical lead for engineering teams
• A background in modern web development, with technologies such as C#, .NET Core, SQL and React
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with areas such as Azure or AWS or GCP, microservices, containerisation, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• A passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-augmented development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in distributed teams
• Fluent English

Why this role stands out

• Remote-first in Poland
• Office available in Lublin if you’d prefer a base there - but this is completely optional
• Chance to build a team from scratch and influence engineering culture
• Opportunity to work in a sector where software can make a meaningful difference
