Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices, code quality, and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role .
• Expertise in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, and associated frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures and cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
