About the role:
As CRU’s in-house Salesforce Technical Analyst, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of new Salesforce functionality, from understanding business needs through to implementation and documentation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to improve delivery practices, support enterprise integrations, and ensure solutions are scalable and well maintained.

As CRU’s in-house Salesforce Technical Analyst, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of new Salesforce functionality, from understanding business needs through to implementation and documentation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to improve delivery practices, support enterprise integrations, and ensure solutions are scalable and well maintained.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of new functionality as the sole Salesforce Technical Analyst.
- Partner with Salesforce colleagues and business stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes.
- Work with the Enterprise Platform team to establish and embed a best-practice delivery framework.
- Set up, maintain, and support integrations with enterprise systems, including APIs and web services.
- Maintain and update installed packages.
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities.
- Document custom solutions, technical designs, processes, and workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications:- At least 2 years’ experience working as a Salesforce System Administrator.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Proven experience delivering new functionality end-to-end in a Salesforce environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ architecture.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to explain technical development clearly to non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex datasets and business drivers.
- Confidence working autonomously and taking accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Collaborative, approachable style and a strong customer and support mindset.
- Interest in developing corporate awareness and supporting cross-organisational activities.
