This role is for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable features for the Elastic platform, with a focus on Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations. The position requires an AI-native workflow, utilizing tools like Cursor and Claude Code to automate development and streamline business processes.
Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI.
Elastic is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer who combines deep architectural intuition, clean coding, and sharp debugging skills with an AI-native workflow using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex across the entire stack. Adaptable and deeply curious, you will dive into platforms like Salesforce and MuleSoft while holding an end-to-end ownership mindset to elevate engineering practices and turn ambiguous business challenges into high-quality, reliable production solutions. In this role, success goes beyond ticket counts; you will streamline critical revenue processes, scale platform architecture, and leverage AI to build smart automations that eliminate manual work, serving as a key technical partner driving meaningful business impact.
