Lead a small engineering pod at a fintech startup, splitting time between hands-on Python backend development and technical leadership to build reliable systems for regulated financial services.
Employment type: Permanent
As a Lead Python Developer at Fundment, you’ll lead a pod of 3 - 4 engineers, including yourself, combining hands-on development (around 50% of your time) with technical leadership.
