- Balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product scalability when making design decisions.
- Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and intent are maintained.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve overall product usability.
- Contribute to design strategy, product discovery, and broader UX initiatives.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to improving design processes, standards, and practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably working on complex SaaS, enterprise, B2B, or technology products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product and UX design projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience designing complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, and products used for sophisticated decision-making.
- Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, prototyping, and iterative design.
- Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, and scalable product design.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Strong product sense with the ability to balance user experience, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and design quality.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of ambiguous problems, and driving projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong interest in solving complex product problems and creating thoughtful, high-quality user experiences.
