Lead People Partner

We’re looking for a Lead People Partner who knows how to support players, boost team morale, and keep the vibes high — even during difficulties. If you believe people > processes (but still love good ones), we might be your next co-op mission.

🏆 YOUR QUEST-LINE:
Support and challenge managers — coach them through people issues, help make decisions, or just be their sounding board, help their teams grow, support, and retain like true leaders;
Own the full employee journey — from the first “Hi” during onboarding to the last “GG” at offboarding (we hope not too often 😅);
Build and improve core HR processes — adaptation, feedback loops, check-ins, goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, L&D initiatives that elevate skills across the team, etc.;
Help create and maintain a healthy team culture — support transparency, trust, open communication, good vibes, initiate team-building and development events, ensuring strong collaboration and lasting bonds;
Analyze and act — use data, surveys, and feedback to track team health, engagement, and improvements over time;
Lead & run meaningful rituals — like 1-on-1s, performance reviews, pulse checks, feedback sessions, retrospectives, etc.;
Lead or support internal projects — from policy updates and scaling plans to process revamps and team-wide experiments;
Be part of our employer brand — not as a marketing piece, but through real, human experience in the company;
Conduct HR initiatives across the company — wellness, L&D, DEI, whatever makes people’s work lives better;
Collaborate closely with HRD to handle stakeholders requests and deliver effective solutions;
Mentor & support your People Partner teammates — help to grow & develop all members of PP team, be a mentor and a go-to person for them 🚀

👩‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:
5+ years of proven experience in People Partner / HRBP roles, with at least 2+ years supporting cross-functional tech/product teams;
Deep understanding of core HR processes & hands-on experience designing them — onboarding, performance, feedback, engagement, L&D, offboarding — and ability to build them from scratch or improve;
Hands-on experience working with team leads and senior managers as a strategic partner: giving feedback, resolving conflicts, driving growth conversations;
Strong background in handling complex people cases — burnout, retention risks, difficult feedback, underperformance, team restructuring;
Comfort working with data & analytics — surveys, dashboards, insights — and turning numbers into meaningful actions;
Experience leading or mentoring people — you're not afraid to take responsibility for others’ growth;
Excellent communication & facilitation skills: from 1-on-1s to all-hands, from tough convos to smooth onboarding talks;
Strategic mindset: you’re able to zoom out, see the system, and push for improvements across the company;
Solid understanding of modern HR tech & tools (ATS, HRIS, surveys, automation — you know what works and what’s trash);
Comfortable working in high-pace, high-autonomy environments with minimal hand-holding;
English proficiency at B2+ level.

🚀 WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
Experience with the People Force or HiBob HR System;
Skilled at asking insightful questions for effective interviewing and coaching, aimed at gathering essential information and fostering personal growth;
Experience implementing and testing processes in a rapidly changing environment and company growth;
An interest in games like CS & Dota2 is a plus!

🥷 YOUR POWER-UPS SOURCE:
Spontaneous weekend from the CEO;
Support for professional development, including events (we went on a MAJOR trip to Copenhagen, for example), certifications, and educational materials;
Start working at a time that’s comfortable for you;
People Partner who will always support you in word and deed;
Anniversary and performance bonuses;
Input on project direction in a bureaucracy-free environment;
Regular performance reviews and personal feedback sessions;
20 paid vacation days and 7 sick leave days;
Assisting with the accounting and tax management for individual entrepreneurs;
English language and Well-being benefit — so that you can improve your mental health the way you want;
No time tracking;
We purchase CHARGING STATIONS for our spacers;
We help Ukraine: every month the company supports AFU and transfers donations for ammunition and supplies.

If you read everything carefully and exclaimed: «Oh, yeah, I'm good at everything and I want to do cool things together!», then we are already looking forward to your resume and portfolio!

Send them as soon as possible! 🚀
