We're looking for a senior Solution Architect in Network & Network Security who can balance client delivery, technical leadership, and practice growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll design and deliver complex network and security solutions while helping build a scalable, high-performing architecture and engineering practice.

What You'll Do
- Lead complex network and security solution engagements from design through delivery.
- Establish standards, frameworks, and repeatable ways of working.
- Mentor and develop Solution Architects and Engineers.
- Provide technical governance and quality assurance.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- 10+ years' experience in networking and/or network security.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or practices.
- Strong solution architecture and customer delivery experience.
- A coach and mentor who enjoys developing others.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep expertise across enterprise networking, security, OT, or observability environments.
- Architect or expert-level certifications highly regarded (CCIE, NSE7/8, JNCIE, CCSM or similar).
