Lead Influencer Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Influencer Manager based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced influencer marketing professional ready to shape strategy, lead high-impact global client accounts, and develop a growing team. You will combine strategic thinking with creative leadership, operational ownership, and people management. The role involves overseeing influencer programs from strategy through reporting while ensuring strong execution, quality, and performance. You will directly manage approximately 4–6 Influencer Marketing Managers, providing coaching, direction, and development support. You will also build scalable processes, improve workflows, and strengthen the systems that enable the team to perform at its best. Working closely with senior leadership and international clients, you will help drive innovation across the creator economy while delivering measurable business results.

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 4–6 Influencer Marketing Managers through regular coaching, performance feedback, growth planning, and support with complex decisions or escalations.

• Define influencer and content strategies aligned with client objectives, including creator profiles, content formats, creative direction, campaign structures, and execution plans.

• Oversee campaign delivery across assigned accounts, setting strategic direction, reviewing key decisions, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard.

• Build, document, and continuously improve processes, playbooks, dashboards, and workflows that make campaign and team performance easier to manage, measure, and scale.

• Review influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment, identifying off-brief content early and translating creative patterns into actionable learnings for future campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance against awareness, traffic, and conversion objectives, using insights to optimize creator selection, content formats, campaign pacing, and overall strategy.

• Own and improve influencer operations systems, including Airtable structures, automations, workflows, creator data, rates, deliverables, and supporting rationale, while reducing manual workarounds.

• Support new business and account growth by developing influencer strategies for proposals and contributing to pricing, deliverable structures, and realistic execution plans.

• Partner with senior influencer marketing leadership on account priorities, team performance, best practices, and strategic initiatives while bringing relevant creator-economy trends and external insights into discussions.

• Identify risks and potential issues proactively, communicate them clearly, document decisions and trade-offs, and drive practical solutions with internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for brands.

• Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members, with a structured and supportive approach to coaching and performance management.

• Strong ability to translate client briefs into effective influencer strategies, creative direction, campaign plans, and measurable execution frameworks.

• Deep understanding of creator-brand fit, content formats, platform dynamics, and the factors that influence campaign performance and conversion.

• A builder mindset with strong documentation and process-design skills, combined with a willingness to identify inefficiencies and take ownership of improving how work gets done.

• Comfortable working with structured operational systems such as Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms, with strong attention to workflow organization and data accuracy.

• Passion for the creator economy, with an active interest in industry trends, successful campaigns, emerging platforms, and evolving influencer marketing practices.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex client work while maintaining high execution standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and international clients, particularly US-based clients.

• Fluent English is required for effective collaboration across global teams and client relationships.

• Agency experience and exposure to proposals, pitching, or new-business development are considered a plus.

• A proactive, curious, and ownership-driven leadership style, with the ability to anticipate problems, bring fresh ideas, and motivate others toward strong outcomes.

Benefits:

• Fully remote position with a remote-first, async-friendly working environment.

• Opportunity to work with high-impact global brands and complex influencer marketing programs.

• Significant ownership over client campaigns, team development, operational processes, and business outcomes.

• High-autonomy culture focused on transparency, accountability, and strong performance.

• Leadership opportunity combining people management, creative strategy, client partnership, and operational ownership.

• Opportunity to influence how influencer marketing processes and systems evolve as the function scales.

• Collaborative environment with exposure to current creator-economy trends, innovative campaigns, and diverse international perspectives.

• A culture that emphasizes trust, autonomy, and results rather than micromanagement.
