Lead Generation Specialist / SDR (LinkedIn, US healthcare tech)

Kombocode is a small engineering consultancy. We build and fix AI systems for healthcare tech companies in the US. The founder is an engineer with 20+ years of enterprise software experience. You work with her directly.

The role

LinkedIn lead gen for a focused ICP: technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Platform, VP AI) at US healthcare tech companies, Series B to growth stage, 80 to 300 people.
You'll need some overlap with US East Coast hours.

Why this is a good gig

No bureaucracy. One person makes every decision and answers on Telegram, usually within the hour
AI for US healthcare is where the money is right now. A year of lead gen in this niche does more for your future rate than three years of selling generic SaaS.
You book a call, you get the credit and the bonus. Nobody in between.

The number that matters

4 to 5 qualified sales calls booked per month. That's the KPI.
How you get there is your call. Channels, sequences, angles, timing, your playbook. We're hiring you for your approach, not to execute ours.

What you'll do

Find and qualify prospects against our ICP criteria (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase)
Build and run your own outreach approach. We have voice rules and banned phrases your messages need to pass, the strategy is yours
Personalize every message. A template without personalization doesn't get sent
Keep HubSpot clean: statuses, duplicate checks before every send
Weekly report: campaign stats and prospect replies word for word
Handle first replies and pass warm contacts to the founder

What we need

3+ years of LinkedIn lead gen, ideally into the US market
English B2 or better, you'll be writing to technical leaders at American companies
Sales Navigator plus at least one enrichment tool (Apollo, Clay, Snov.io)
CRM experience
You read instructions and follow them. We have written voice rules, banned phrases, excluded accounts
You can run your own work without a manager checking in

Nice to have

Some feel for US healthcare or B2B SaaS
Experience with narrow ICPs where you can't brute force the number

Terms

$400 to $500 per month fixed
$25 per qualified call
$100 per signed contract from those calls
We talk on Telegram

Trial period

First two months are a trial. Full base and bonuses.

Month one we're not counting calls. We're looking at whether the list is actually ICP, whether your messages read like a person wrote them, and whether the CRM and weekly report are clean.
Month two the 4 to 5 calls KPI applies in full.
Will have 2-3 calls/week on Trial, then 1-2 calls/week as needed after trial.
At the end of two months we either keep going or we don't, and you'll hear which one straight.
