- Execute outbound campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and email, and other relevant outreach platforms.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partners to ensure they match our ICP and improve sales handoff quality.
- Build, maintain, and continuously refine lead lists, outreach sequences, and pipeline structure.
- Personalize outreach messaging to increase reply rates and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, accurate tracking, and measurable pipeline growth.
- Track, analyze, and report outreach performance metrics (e.g., open rates, reply rates, and conversions) to guide next iterations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM systems.
- Continuously test and improve outreach strategy, targeting, and messaging effectiveness.
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who is comfortable owning outbound execution end-to-end—researching target companies, qualifying leads, and turning data into action. You should have at least 1+ year of experience in lead generation or a similar role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
What we expect from you:
- Strong written communication skills, especially for cold outreach that earns responses.
- Clear understanding of outbound sales processes and core lead qualification principles.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach workflows/tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive).
- Ability to research companies effectively and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks to correctly identify likely stakeholders (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, Product Owners).
- Results-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail, ensuring data quality in the CRM.
How we work together: We value ownership, fast learning, and disciplined iteration. You should be proactive in improving sequences, responsive to feedback from Sales, and comfortable working with performance metrics to guide continuous optimization.
A dynamic bonus system based on your success.
