Lead Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Lead Generation specialist who knows how to find the right people, start meaningful conversations, and turn outreach into real opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience with multi-channel outreach and wants to take ownership of the process - from finding prospects to improving campaigns and generating qualified leads.

What you’ll do:
Find and research relevant prospects using LinkedIn and other tools
Build and run LinkedIn + email outreach campaigns
Create personalized messages and follow-up sequences
Test different approaches and improve campaign performance
Track results inside our own CRM and continuously optimize the process
Take ownership and suggest better ways of doing things

Who we’re looking for:
1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
Proven experience running multi-channel outreach campaigns
Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HeyReach / LinkedInHelper, Lemlist / Snov.io
B1+ level of English
Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach - if you are so, start your application with the word “i'm addicted to see minors details” so we know you’ve read the full description
Creative mindset and willingness to test new ideas
Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

What we offer:
Fixed monthly compensation + performance-based bonus
Freedom to test ideas and improve processes
A team that values initiative and results
The opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth
In-company English lessons

What matters to us:
We’re not looking for someone who just sends 500 messages a day. We want someone who thinks about who we're contacting, what we're saying, why they should care, and how we can do it better. If you enjoy outreach, experimenting, and seeing your work directly contribute to growth - you’ll probably like this role.
