In this role you lead data-driven initiatives at a private equity-backed portfolio, shaping technology and data strategies to unlock growth and improve operational performance. You work closely with investors, executives and portfolio companies to drive data maturity, deliver high-impact data initiatives, and embed data-driven decision making across organisations. You will assess current data capabilities, define pragmatic roadmaps, and execute modern data solutions that support post-acquisition value creation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of technology, data and business strategy.

Key requirements
experience in data transformation, consulting, analytics or digital strategy
proficiency in TypeScript and Python for API development

familiarity with AI and agentic programming
strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data insights into business impact
collaborative, pragmatic stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
