What we expect from a Lead-level developer

In our opinion, a Lead-level developer is a visionary professional who, in addition to having strong technical expertise, understands the customer’s context and business needs exceptionally well. They genuinely care about what the customer wants and strive to organize and guide our work accordingly. This talent often has a background in multiple technologies and employers. They also understand that there is no single right way to do everything, but rather different contexts and ways to operate. They also want to be actively involved in coding and influencing, bringing their insights constructively to the table. They keep the customer updated with active communication and coach the team to work in the best possible way, sharing their knowledge.
