Radius is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to own its Group Data Services & Reporting platforms: designing and delivering scalable data pipelines, models and AI/ML-ready architecture, mentoring a growing team, and setting standards for data governance, quality and security. Core stack mentioned includes AWS Redshift, dbt and Databricks, based from the Crewe office.
We’re looking for a Lead Data Engineer to take ownership of our data platforms and play a key role in shaping how data drives decisions across our global organisation.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll design, build, and optimise scalable data solutions while mentoring a growing team and influencing our wider data strategy.
At Radius, data is central to everything we do - and you’ll be right at the heart of it.
You’ll help oversee the design and delivery of modern, scalable data platforms, working at the centre of our Group Data Services & Reporting (DS&R) function - the hub that powers data across all eight business divisions.
This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence everything from architecture to team growth and data strategy.
Advantageous
You’ll be contributing to data initiatives that support our entire global business.
A standout workspace
Based in one of our Crewe offices, you’ll enjoy a modern collaborative workspace complete with cafe and free onsite gym.

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll have access to a reward and benefits package which includes:
