Lead Data Engineer at Ageas UK (car/home insurer) who leads the design and improvement of a cloud-based data platform, mentors a team of data engineers, and builds scalable pipelines enabling analytics, ML and AI. Core stack: Databricks, Spark, SQL, Python, plus Airflow and Terraform. Hybrid with twice-monthly office attendance in London/Eastleigh.

Lead Data Engineer: Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of a modern cloud-based data platform. Support the delivery of trusted, scalable and accessible data products that enable analytics, machine learning and AI across the business.
We are looking for an experience Lead Data Engineer with expectational hands on knowledge of Databricks, Spark, SQL and Python.
