Salary: £76,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in developing plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong C#/.NET development background.
- Experience integrating cloud-based and enterprise applications using Azure services.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Define engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure, and enterprise systems.
- Drive solution quality, security, performance, and scalability.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and release management processes.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.
- Help shape our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, working with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.
