This individual should have advanced knowledge of commercial openings, architectural hardware, electrified hardware, access control preparations, troubleshooting, field leadership, and project execution.

The ideal candidate can step onto a jobsite, read the plans, identify issues before they become problems, organize the work, communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors, and successfully lead a crew from start to finish.

At Everglades, leadership means ownership.

Success is measured not only by the work performed by the Lead Technician, but by the performance of the entire crew. We expect our leaders to build people up, develop talent, create accountability, and maintain a strong team culture that helps the team improve through accountability, respect, coaching, and leading by example, never through fear or intimidation.
