- Define cell architecture, chemistry selection, and performance targets.
- Optimize cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and cell configuration.
- Drive cell design improvements to enhance energy density, cycle life, safety, and cost competitiveness.
- Evaluate emerging battery technologies and next-generation chemistries.
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- PhD in Electrochemistry or Battery Technology is preferred.
