This is not a traditional reporting-only analyst position. You will combine advanced business analysis with operational leadership, people management, process improvement, and project execution. As our Lead Business Analyst, you will design the systems used to measure departmental success, investigate the causes behind performance trends, and guide teams through meaningful operational improvements. You will help leadership move beyond surface-level metrics by connecting data with business context and turning findings into executable strategies.
