We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements and stakeholder alignment for a software product team while enabling smooth delivery tracking and UAT. You will translate business needs into clear, testable outcomes across the full lifecycle and help teams deliver high-quality releases.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across initiatives
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria to ensure measurable outcomes
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, and engineering to align priorities
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to clarify needs, collect feedback, and manage expectations
- Track delivery progress, KPIs, and project metrics and provide business-focused status updates
- Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and drive resolution
- Coordinate UAT planning, scenarios, scheduling, and execution with stakeholders
- Document UAT outcomes and obtain business sign-off prior to go-live
- Support post-deployment validation to confirm expected outcomes
- Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through deployment and validation
- Create and maintain process and change documentation for new features and enhancements
- Use LLM-based tools to analyze documentation, extract insights, and accelerate requirements and documentation work
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
- Proven leadership experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong project delivery support skills including tracking risks, dependencies, and action items
- Advanced requirements lifecycle management skills including success criteria and acceptance criteria definition
- Strong data analysis skills to derive insights from technical and business inputs
- Excellent documentation skills for requirements, workflows, process flows, and user guides
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
- Strong communication skills to facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
- High attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy and quality
Nice to have
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Project Management certification (PMP, CSM)
- Experience with system integration or modernization projects
- Experience working on complex enterprise software products
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
