We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements and delivery support for a cross-functional software development team. You will align business and technical stakeholders, guide UAT and release readiness, and ensure high-quality traceability from discovery through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation to capture business and functional needs
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives
- Document current-state and future-state workflows, processes, and system needs
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
- Coordinate stakeholders and run sessions to clarify scope, feedback, and expectations
- Track delivery progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Plan and facilitate UAT, document results, and obtain business sign-off before release
- Maintain requirements traceability through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Validate requirements implementation and resolve ambiguities with teams
- Produce user-facing documentation for new functionality and process changes
- Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate across shifted hours up to 2 PM CST
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
- Advanced stakeholder management experience across business, product, and technical groups
- Strong requirements lifecycle management skills including traceability and validation
- Strong data analysis skills to define and report KPIs and delivery metrics
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, process flows, user guides, and project artifacts
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Nice to have
- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Project Management certification such as PMP or CSM
- Experience with enterprise-scale software products
- Experience with system integration or modernization initiatives
- Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies
