Lead the visual identity and brand design for Dex, a talent-matching platform, crafting compelling assets for B2B and B2C audiences while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Our Mission
Human time and effort is the rarest thing in the universe. The fact that so many people hate what they do for work is a disaster on so many levels. How many people live quiet lives of misery? How many generational talents do we miss due to circumstance?
Dex’s mission is to close the gap between Talent & Opportunity, we believe that work, and being productive, is part of the human condition, that regardless of AI, human passion, ingenuity and a desire to do things means that work will always exist.
We are building Dex to create a future where technology helps every individual to understand their strengths, interests and unique abilities, and to connect with opportunities where they can thrive, because more people doing things they love leads to a better, happier and more productive world.
We are starting by connecting the world's most ambitious software engineers with the companies that deserve them.
As the Lead Brand Designer at Dex, you'll shape the visual identity and brand presence of one of the most ambitious early-stage companies in the talent space. Dex exists to help the best Engineers find work they love, while supporting the companies we connect them with, requiring thoughtful positioning across both B2B and B2C audiences.
You'll create visually compelling assets that build our brand, alongside impactful designs tailored to the companies hiring through Dex. This position is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who can translate a big, mission-driven idea into clear, beautiful work that gets noticed, understood and acted upon.
You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, content and product teams to deliver high-performing, visually engaging assets, and you'll act as the primary guardian of how Dex looks and feels everywhere it shows up. We prioritise creativity, clear communication and rapid execution and you'll actively leverage cutting-edge AI tools to elevate both the quality and the pace of your work.
You’ll work with genuine autonomy and create immeasurable impact in this unique opportunity.
