We are building the future of software development - specialising in AI, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, and Enterprise Service Management. We’re passionate about sharing our knowledge—not just within our teams, but with the community around us as well. We invest heavily in our people, whether through conferences, training, or other growth opportunities. For our clients, we don't want to be just another cog in the machine; we aim to be the trusted evangelists who show what good truly looks like.
As a Lead Architect within our Technology Services team, you will bridge high-level technical architecture with commercial strategy. You will act as a trusted client advisor, shaping DevOps ecosystems, platform engineering practices, and AI-driven development tools to transform how modern engineering teams build software.

Project delivery leadership: Take technical ownership of project deliveries, mentoring and guiding your colleagues to drive client business outcomes.
Platform engineering: Design self-service platform engineering tooling and infrastructure setups for clients.
We view our architects as team players, trusted advisors, and owners of delivery excellence. Success in this position means:

Measurable business impact: You deliver strong business outcomes, generate natural upsell opportunities through technical trust, and maintain outstanding client satisfaction scores.
Influence and solid interpersonal skills: You keep control over complex consulting situations, articulate sophisticated architectural concepts with clarity, and confidently influence technical and business decisions at the client level.
You are a technical leader with a strong engineering foundation who excels at the intersection of architecture, pre-sales advisory, and project execution. You take ownership of client outcomes and possess the clarity to explain complex technical ideas simply.
Core tech stack experience: Recent, hands-on experience (min 5+ years) with our core tech stack (SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and AI tools).
AI integration: Practical, hands-on experience embedding AI / GenAI tools into software engineering workflows.
Business acumen & advisory experience: Proven background in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, and leading client discussions.
Leadership experience: Ability to lead technical project delivery and guide team members through complex client engagements.
Plusses: fluent Finnish and consulting experience are strong advantages.

Invest in your future: Expand your skills through extensive trainings, certifications, knowledge-sharing sessions and practice communities..
Maintain your well-being: Beyond work, we offer comprehensive healthcare, extra paid leave when needed, and family care support to stand by you in challenging life situations and protect your work-life balance.
