- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, technical teams, procurement, and executive leadership.
- Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities through a long-cycle, value-based sales approach, particularly in turnaround (TAR) and project-driven environments.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and risk management guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts (12–18 months) and pipeline visibility in SFDC.
- Collaborate closely with technical services, R&D; and engineering teams to position differentiated solutions.
- Engage with licensors, EPC contractors, and consultants to influence specifications and secure early positioning in new projects.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and pricing trends.
- Support working capital management, including payment terms, collections, and contract compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred); advanced degree is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical-commercial roles within refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries.
- Demonstrated success in catalyst, adsorbents, and specialty chemicals sales.
- Strong understanding of KSA market landscape.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
