Kitchen Sales Designer - Luxury & High-end Bespoke

Kitchen Design | Consultative Sales | Premium Home Interiors | Higher Earning Potential

Ready to design kitchens people fall in love with, and be paid like the top performer you know you are?

Are you an experienced kitchen designer who shines in front of a client and feels your earnings should match your talent?

Do you want the backing of an established business, warm leads and a full project management team, with around 80% of work coming from repeat business and recommendation?

Would you love to own a project from first sketch to finished kitchen, and be the first person your client calls when they buy their next home?

6,000+ kitchens. Three recessions. One simple formula: look after people brilliantly, and they come back.

At KCA, we've been designing and installing beautiful kitchens and fitted furniture across the Thames Valley since 1993. Independent and family-run, we've grown into a £6m business with our KCA showroom in Winkfield and luxury sister studios in Barnes, Gerrards Cross and Sunningdale.

Our clients come back when they extend, renovate or move, and they bring their friends with them. That's why our designers convert at rates much of the industry would envy.

If you want to design at the premium end, be backed by a team that handles the heavy lifting, and build a long-term career with real earning power, apply today.

Who we are:

Founded in 1993, KCA has delivered more than 6,000 kitchens, working with homeowners, architects, designers, builders and developers across prestigious locations including Wentworth, Ascot, Windsor, Weybridge and Guildford.

Proudly independent, we partner with leading manufacturers across German, English and bespoke British cabinetry, with many supplier relationships spanning 25–30 years.

Design, project management, installation and aftercare are all delivered in-house, supported by AI and automation to make design and client communication faster and more efficient.

Our close-knit team of 22 is highly experienced and long-serving, with many colleagues having been with KCA for 5–15 years.

Your new adventure:

You'll be the face of every project you take on. You'll meet clients in our showroom and in their homes, measure and survey on site, bring your designs to life then price and present with confidence through to a high-value order.

Once signed, our project managers handle ordering and the operational detail, while you remain your client's trusted contact through to installation. That continuity is why clients return and recommend us, and why our designers' conversion rates climb as their reputation grows.

You'll have a pipeline from day one: a strong flow of marketing enquiries, a dedicated Business Development Manager, weekly planning approval data feeding automated nurture campaigns, a 33-year client database and an established trade network. Like all our designers, you'll also proactively nurture relationships and reach out to past clients and partners, which is how we've thrived through every market cycle.

About You:

• You have at least three years' experience designing and selling mid to high-end kitchens, and regularly close orders of £30,000 and above.

• You're design-led, with an elevated taste level and real pride in the details.

• You're commercially sharp, enjoy the consultative process of earning a client's trust, and are comfortable owning a sale from start to finish.

• You're ambitious and want to be a top earner, either already operating at £1m+ in annual design sales or determined to get there.

• You're proficient in Compusoft Winner, or a comparable kitchen CAD package, with a portfolio you're proud to share.

• You live within around 30 minutes of Winkfield and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of German furniture, particularly Hacker Systemat and Concept130

• Familiarity with premium appliance brands

• Experience working with architects, builders or interior designers

• A local network across Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire or South West London

Why Join KCA?

• £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £60,000 – £90,000+, well ahead of the industry norm

• Top performers earning £100,000+, plus bonuses at higher sales thresholds

• Guaranteed first-year earnings for proven senior designers, so you don't lose out on the commission you leave behind

• Around 80% of work from repeat business and recommendation

• Warm leads, BDM support and weekly planning data feeding your pipeline

• A full in-house project management and installation team

• A clear path to progress: our luxury studio leaders started their journeys at KCA, with new showrooms in our ambitions
