🔹 About the Company:
Kitchen Tune-Up is a top-rated home and commercial remodeling company, known for transforming ordinary kitchens into dream spaces that blend functionality, beauty, and value. Our clients come to us inspired by our expert design ideas and quality craftsmanship. From cozy home kitchens to functional commercial spaces & break rooms, we bring their vision to life.
We’re growing — and we’re looking for a self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and high-performing Sales Consultant to join our mission of helping homeowners and business owners create spaces they love.
🔹 Position Summary:
As our In-Home Remodeling Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with warm leads — clients who have already expressed interest in our services through our marketing, social media, or design consultations.
🔹 Your job?
To guide them through the discovery process, uncover their vision and help them understand how our remodeling solutions will meet their needs, desires, and lifestyle. You'll be a listener, a problem-solver, a dream maker and a trusted advisor — not just a salesperson.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Use strategic questioning to uncover the client's “why” — their motivations, frustrations, and vision for the space.
- Present remodeling options and articulate the value, timeline, and benefits of our services.
- Collaborate with our in-house designers and estimators to deliver accurate quotes and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, build trust, and walk them through the decision-making process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system.
- Continuously improve through sales training and client feedback.
🔹 You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are highly motivated, goal-driven, and thrive in an independent sales environment.
- Are personable and confident, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Know how to build rapport and emotional connection with clients.
- Ask great questions and listen intently to what matters most to the client.
- Can effectively present value over price.
- Are well-organized, punctual, and tech-savvy (CRM, email, mobile quoting, etc.).
- Have experience in consultative or in-home sales, especially in remodeling, design, or high-ticket services (preferred but not required).
- Have kitchen design experience (not required).
- Are available to travel locally for in-person appointments.
🔹 Compensation & Perks:
- Uncapped commission
- Warm inbound leads to start closing deals fast — and opportunity to maximize deals through networking and prospecting.
- Proven sales process to close deals right away.
- Flexible scheduling
- Paid training and ongoing personal and professional development
- Lots of autonomy
- Fun, family-like team culture
🔹 Schedule:
- Flexible (some evening or weekend flexibility required to meet client availability)
- Mostly local travel for in-home or on-site consultations
🔹Location
· Carrollton, Coppell, The Colony, Dallas, Irving, & Lewisville
🔹 How to Apply:
Apply with a resume and a short message describing why this role excites you and what you love about helping people improve their homes or businesses.
