More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.
What you'll do

In this role, you will:
-
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision-making.
-
Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.
-
Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, conducting sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses to uncover opportunities.
-
Execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.
-
Forecast commercial performance and track key account health, always looking ahead to mitigate risks and seize new wins.
-
Engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams by leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP system integrations.
-
Balance FARMER and HUNTER skills—ensuring long-term value for existing clients while prospecting and closing new opportunities in the region.
