You have an energetic personality with experience from CE sales within retail in Scandinavia. You can build new, relevant contacts and turn them into long-lasting partnerships.

• You have a background as Business Manager, Key Account Manager, Category Manager, or similar, with a minimum of 6–8 years of sales experience in similar roles.
• You have an in-depth understanding of the Danish retail structure in particular, as this is where the majority of your customers will be based. Familiarity with the broader Nordic landscape is a plus.
• You have an exceptional understanding of the entire value chain, including business processes, and think opportunistically in your approach.
• You have insight into concept and assortment development and have worked on developing product categories.
• You are solution and result-oriented, emphasizing results together with resellers, independently and in partnership, while maintaining a high level of integrity as a trustworthy business partner.
• You are experienced in negotiations at both a strategic and tactical level, including annual negotiations, and comfortable balancing long-term strategy with short-term sales-out focus.
• You are familiar with MS Office, with strong Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent, verbally and in writing, in Danish and English, and preferably also comfortable communicating in Swedish and/or Norwegian.
• A driving license is mandatory.

The job:
You will introduce Consumer Electronics brands, develop retail concepts, and sell Consumer Electronics and Telecom accessories from leading vendors to Danish and broader Nordic retailers. You have an in-depth understanding of assortment composition and are able to identify opportunities based on resellers' needs.

Your primary tasks:
• Manage and develop relationships with retail customers, including major Danish retail chains and telecom operators.
• Identify, develop, and drive sales of our product portfolio within Consumer Electronics, Smart Home, and Telecom accessories.

• Analyse and process sales figures and other relevant data to continuously optimize initiatives and secure a leading market position.
• Maintain daily contact with resellers to follow up on sales, assortment, and performance.
• Work proactively with market data, including analysis of customer sales data, to take commercial action with our partners.
• Develop campaign plans in dialogue with resellers, ensuring alignment with stakeholders such as colleagues in Product Management and Trade Marketing.
• Ensure timely deliveries via forecasting, in close dialogue with the buyer.
• Share knowledge and spar actively with your team.
• Provide management reporting at customer level.

We offer:
• An exciting job with great responsibility.
• The opportunity to sell innovative, high-quality products in a dynamic market.
• A place in an energetic, high-performance sales team within a stable company with strong drive.
• An active staff association with many activities.
• Pension scheme and health insurance.
