appflame — a Ukrainian IT company building world-class products: Hily, Taimi, AdConnect.
Who we are today:
- 7 years on the market, 500+ employees, offices in Kyiv, London, and Limassol, plus a coworking space in Warsaw.
- In 2025, appflame ranked 5th among Ukraine's 50 best employers according to Forbes and won in the "Place for Growth" category.
- Our apps Hily and Taimi are among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S., with over 70 million users. AdConnect and Mailkeeper build and scale our own B2B and B2C solutions.
Our mission: Flame up the world with Ukrainian products.
Our goals:
- Reach the top 5 product companies in the world.
- Become a unicorn — and turn Ukraine into a country where unicorns are born and thrive.
We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.
You will:
- Run performance marketing campaigns on Meta.
- Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV.
- Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and manage the budget.
- Cooperate with the creative team on creative production.
- Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition.
- Follow Meta advertising policies and keep ad accounts healthy.
- Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate hypotheses.
We'll have a match if you:
- Have a real interest in performance marketing and a wish to grow specifically in Meta.
- Have a proactive mindset: you ask questions, suggest ideas, and look for ways to help without waiting for tasks.
- Have a habit of learning: you regularly read or watch cases and courses and invest time in self-education.
- Have a comfortable relationship with numbers and can make simple conclusions from data.
- Have an eye for detail and double-check your work (links, targeting, budgets, naming, tracking, policy compliance).
- Have solid self-organization skills: tasks, deadlines, and reports stay in order.
- Have no fear of routine and repetitive tasks at the start, understanding this is how you gain expertise.
Will be an advantage:
- Have any hands-on experience with ads (Meta / TikTok / Google / Snapchat), even with small budgets, your own project, freelance, or course practice.
- Have basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
- Have completed courses in digital marketing/performance / UA (with certificates or projects).
- Have basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase), at least on a theoretical level.
- Have an understanding of basic performance metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period (even just definitions).
- Have experience in startups, product teams, gaming, or mobile apps.
