Junior Software Engineer (Prime)

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

At Intelliforce, we help mission systems work together the way they are supposed to. In this role, you will support Analytical Application Integration by helping sustain software, maintain system interoperability, support testing, and assist with secure deployment activities.

You will work alongside experienced software and systems engineers to learn how mission applications connect to upstream and downstream systems, how data moves through those environments, and how software is maintained and modernized over time.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on exposure to software integration, testing, Information Assurance, sustainment, and deployment in a real mission environment.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

This role gives you exposure to much more than isolated software development. You will see how applications fit into a larger mission ecosystem and learn what it takes to keep those systems interoperable, compliant, and operational.

You will support development and refactoring efforts for the platform, assist with build and deployment activities for systems, and work with teams supporting external mission partners.

At Intelliforce, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers while contributing to meaningful work from the start. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong effort gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this is a strong place to begin building a mission-focused software engineering career.
