About AX-Futures
AX-Futures is an AstroNetix specialized solutions offering focused on building the next generation of software, tools, and mission-focused digital products for defense, space, and emerging technology environments.
We are not building software for software’s sake. We build tools that help operators, program teams, and technical leaders move faster, see clearer, and solve real mission problems before they become operational gaps.
Position Overview
AstroNetix is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support AX-Futures software development efforts. This role is ideal for an early-career developer who wants to grow fast, work on meaningful projects, and contribute to tools used in defense, space, training, operations, and business modernization.
You do not need a clearance for this position, but you must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of future defense-related work.
The right candidate is hungry, coachable, technically curious, and comfortable figuring things out without needing every answer handed to them. We are a small team, so this is not a “hide in the corner and write code” role. You will contribute, learn, ask questions, and help us build useful things.
