Junior Sales Executive | £27,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | No Sales Experience Needed!
Start Your Sales Career with a Company That Invests in Your Success
Looking for a career where you can earn great money, develop valuable skills, and build a successful future?
At Protect Line, you'll be the first person our customers speak to after they've expressed an interest in life insurance. Your role is simple: start great conversations, understand what matters to customers, and help them take the next step by introducing them to one of our specialist executives.
This isn't just a job, it's the start of a career in sales. Many of our top performers have used this role to build the skills and experience needed to progress into Sales Executive positions and beyond.
NO COLD CALLING! ALL of our leads are self-generated. You are helping customers who have a genuine interest in what you are selling and have enquired for more information, how great does that sound? Our market-leading, uncapped commission scheme also puts money in your pocket whilst you are still learning the ropes, rewarding your success every step of the way.
Why You'll Love It Here
What You'll Be Doing
You'll speak with customers who have requested information about life insurance, building rapport and understanding their needs before introducing them to one of our Sales Executives. Not every customer will be expecting your call at that exact moment, so you'll need the resilience and confidence to overcome objections, create interest, and turn "not right now" into a meaningful conversation. If you enjoy speaking to people, influencing decisions and working towards goals, you'll thrive in this role.
Why Protect Line?
We're one of the UK's leading fee-free life insurance brokers, trusted by 500,000+ families and backed by 45,000+ five-star reviews.
But what really makes Protect Line different is our culture and purpose ‘Investing in our People to Protect yours.’
People join us for all sorts of reasons – earning potential, career progression, job security or purpose. They stay because of the people around them. When life takes people in a different direction, some of our team move on, only to return — because they miss the culture, support and opportunity.
Here, you'll find supportive colleagues, real opportunities to grow and a culture where success is celebrated together.
You don’t need experience, we’re looking for people with the right mindset:
Whilst we would love to be able to respond to every application we receive, it isn’t always possible due to the high volume we receive each day. If you have not heard from us within 7 working days, please assume that your application has not been successful.
