Junior Sales Executive – Agentic AI Solutions

About Us

Sunway Intgen builds agentic AI solutions that transform how work gets done. We deliver vertical solutions tailored to specific industries and horizontal solutions that work across organisations. We also run our own business using our agents, so we know first-hand what works.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive who can hold real, informed conversations with business leaders. This is not a script-reading role—you’ll learn our solutions, work closely with solution engineers, and grow from lead generation into managing your own deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and referrals.

• Discovery Conversations: Understand workflows, pain points, and goals; explain clearly what agentic AI is (and isn’t); assess solution fit.

• Deal Progression: Collaborate with engineers on demos, proposals, and ROI estimates; manage pipeline in CRM; address client concerns on data security, governance, cost, and change management.

• Market Feedback: Share insights on objections, competitor activity, and requested features; contribute to improving sales playbooks and messaging.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Diploma/degree in any discipline (Business, IS, CS preferred).

• Strong interest in AI and its impact on business; personal use of AI tools.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin as part of business needs; able to explain technical ideas in business language.

• Curiosity, good listening skills, resilience, and self-motivation.

• Willingness to learn technical basics of AI agents quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Internship/work experience in B2B sales, consulting, or customer success.

• Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with corporate operations in target industries.

• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Additional regional languages (Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu).

What You’ll Gain

• Hands-on training in agentic AI and enterprise sales.

• Close mentorship from founders and solution engineers.

• Clear growth path from prospecting to deal ownership.

• Opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-growing AI company.
