Junior Sales Development Representative

Build the future of Tax & Legal Technology with us.

At Aunetic, we are on a mission to become one of Europe's most trusted software providers. We believe trust is built through the powerful combination of great technology and great people.

Our software helps organizations strengthen Audit, Compliance, Tax and Governance processes, close customer partnerships, and modern technology to create meaningful outcomes for our clients. With over 20 years of experience, an international team of 100 professionals, and ambitious growth plans ahead, we are continuously expanding our governance software portfolio and market presence.

We are now looking for a hungry, curious and driven Sales Development Representative to help us build pipeline for our Tax & Legal Software Solution in the DACH & Nordics region. This is a junior role - you might be straight out of university or school, bring some early work experience, or be looking to make your first move into sales. If you enjoy researching accounts, picking up the phone and creating your own opportunities, we would love to meet you.

Your impact

As our Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our Tax & Legal Software Solution in the DACH & Nordics market. Working closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team, you will research target accounts, identify the right people, and create the conditions for meaningful first conversations. We care more about the quality of your research, personalization and persistence than the volume of calls or emails you send.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research and prioritize target accounts: build a real understanding of their structure, priorities and the people who matter.

• Identify and engage the right stakeholders within target organizations.

• Create a genuine reason to talk: craft personalized, well-researched outreach (calls, emails, social and more) that gives senior people a real reason to engage.

• Pick up the phone:don't rely on emails alone; have real conversations and ask good questions.

• Qualify and book meetings, handing Account Executives well-qualified opportunities rather than just volume.

• Use AI to work smarter:speed up research and personalization without losing human judgment or a human touch.

• Learn and adapt fast:try different approaches, learn from what works, and keep refining your outreach.

• Own your pipeline:track your activity, follow through, and take responsibility for your own results.

What success will look like in this role:

• You build a strong, well-researched pipeline of qualified opportunities within your target accounts.

• You get senior stakeholders to say yes to a first conversation, even when they weren't looking for one.

• You develop a genuine understanding of your accounts, their priorities, structure and pain points, and use it to sharpen your approach.

• You consistently meet your activity and pipeline targets and keep improving how you get there.

Your Profile

You do not need years of sales experience for this role. What matters most to us is hustle, curiosity and attitude. We are looking forsomeone willing to learn, try things, take ownership and figure things out.

• Hungry and ambitious: motivated by results and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.

• Proactive and independent: takes initiative, owns their accounts and doesn't always wait to be told what to do.

• Confident communicator: not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people.

• Resilient and persistent: comfortable with rejection and willing to try different approaches rather than giving up.

• Curious and adaptable: asks questions, learns quickly and is willing to experiment and figure things out.

• Account-based and commercially minded: interested in understanding an account, finding the right people and working out why they might care.

• AI-literate with good judgment: knows how to use AI to work smarter but doesn't use it blindly. We value human thinking, judgment and personalization over a generic "AI blob."

• Organized and accountable: follows through, meets deadlines and takes ownership of results.

• Fluency in English. German is a big advantage.
