About the Role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Python Developer to join their growing team in Tembisa. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of dynamic web applications, working closely with senior developers to learn and implement best practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and testing of web applications using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and team standards. Debug and resolve software defects and issues identified during testing or by users. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver functional features. Learn and apply new technologies and development methodologies as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Foundational knowledge of Python programming and its core concepts. Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is a plus. Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and SQL.
