A Junior Project Delivery Manager at Human8 owns the day-to-day operational delivery of market research projects (trackers plus ad-hoc qualitative/quantitative studies, online and onsite) in Taipei: turning SOWs into delivery plans, coordinating vendors, participants, and internal teams, and managing timelines, documentation, quality, and risk.
As a Junior Project Delivery Manager (PDM), you are responsible for the end‑to‑end operational execution of research projects across trackers and ad‑hoc qualitative and quantitative studies, both online and onsite.
You translate the SOW into a complete operational delivery plan, coordinate all day‑to‑day tasks, manage timelines and dependencies, oversee vendors and fieldwork, maintain business documentation, and ensure projects follow operational standards.
The PDM is the owner of “how-to” delivery, ensuring quality, feasibility, compliance, and smooth operational execution while partnering closely with Operations and Client Servicing Team.
