WHO WE ARE
The ASU+GSV Summit
Now in its 18th year, the ASU+GSV Summit is the world’s most important gathering of “PreK to Gray” education and workforce leaders. Held every April in San Diego, the 2026 event drew over 7,000 registrants to tackle the transformation of learning and skills delivery through generative AI, virtual reality, and other emerging technologies.
Frequently referred to as the “Davos of Education,” the ASU+GSV Summit brings together over 850 speakers each year, engaging in over 300 conversations around the future of learning and skills at scale. Past keynote speakers have included former President George W. Bush, Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Prime Minister Tony Blair, Sal Khan, Priscilla Chan, Ruby Bridges, Gloria Steinem, Jane Fonda, and countless others who have inspired our community to take bold action. Leading partners such as Google, Microsoft, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Gates Foundation, Walton Family Foundation, ClassDojo, and others help power this community. Through ongoing engagement and a global stage at ASU+GSV, you’ll help bring together the boldest thinkers reimagining what’s possible for the future of PreK-12 education.
As of July 2025, GSV Summit became part of Hyve Group's portfolio, joining forces with Bett to create the largest and most impactful education innovation community in the world, now reaching an audience of over 100,000 participants across five events on four continents.
WHO IS THE PRODUCT TEAM?
The Product Team is the creative and strategic engine behind the ASU+GSV Summit experience. We design and deliver the program of ASU+GSV, through curated content and experiences that inspire action: from high-production keynotes with global thought leaders to provocative panels, interactive workshops, community activations, and live product demos.
We bridge marketing, strategic partnerships, and community engagement to craft seamless, high-impact experiences for our attendees and partners. We collaborate closely with education leaders, practitioners, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers, and thought leaders to shape the conversations that matter most in “PreK to Gray” learning.
Our work is structured around three core verticals—PreK-12, Higher Education, and Workforce—but the real power is in what we call “the magic in the mix.” Program often develops across verticals, so every team member takes a collaborative approach. We lean in to build the right program for the right audience at the right time, staying agile to launch new programs and rethink existing ones as needed.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Jr. Product Manager to support the PreK-12 team at the ASU+GSV Summit. Reporting to the VP, Product and working closely with the Director, K12 Product, this role is about turning strategy into flawless execution. You will support in managing the details, logistics, and follow-through that bring the PreK-12 program to life.
Each year, 1,100+ PreK-12 leaders from 530+ districts and schools join us to explore the most pressing opportunities and challenges in PreK-12 education—from classroom innovation and educator support to school leadership, digital learning, and student outcomes.

The role blends project management, program logistics, and cross-team coordination—requiring thoughtful collaboration, extreme precision, consistent follow-through, and a genuine curiosity about the PreK-12 landscape, including how AI is beginning to reshape it. That deep curiosity and eagerness to build understanding and discernment is what supports our team’s purpose: elevating the most cutting edge research, founders, and ideas, identifying the stars of tomorrow, and curating provocative conversations that push forward the most pressing challenges impacting the future of learning.
