Your responsibilities:
- Aligning the cluster eCommerce Leader on the sales, margin, and cost budgets. Coordinating the eCommerce commercial calendar.
- Collaborating with the cluster eCommerce Leader on the implementation of the Group strategy and reporting on performance.
- Preparing materials and calculations for sales estimates and forecasts, including preparing historical data and recommending daily sales trends.
- Analyzing the performance of the online store within the cluster, including daily KPI analysis and reporting on online store performance and sales growth. Preparing in-depth reports, drawing conclusions, and recommending changes, implementations, and new activations based on data from various analytical systems.
- Continuously monitoring optimization opportunities by analyzing competitors’ activities and consistently driving improvements in the performance of the online store within the cluster.
- Working closely with the Group’s Performance Marketing and Partner Program teams to ensure activities are implemented in line with the agreed strategy and budget.
- Maintaining ongoing cooperation with the Supply Chain team to monitor order forecasts and delivery lead times.
Our requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position and strong goal and task orientation.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and provide recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach and ability to work effectively under time pressure.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling fluent communication in a business environment.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI, advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
