Junior Legal Counsel (HUNGARY) - part-time, full-time, in office

About The Role

As a Junior Legal Counsel you will work in a dynamic, startup environment and you are to make sure that all corporate legal tasks are well coordinated.

Expectations:

- Drafting legal and corporate documents (NDA's, POA’s, MOA’s, licenses etc)

- Prepare legal reports to Management in Budapest and Amsterdam

- Managing legal documentation folder structure (filing / e-filing)

- Internal legal auditing

- Reviewing internal policies, procedures in compliance with laws and regulations

- Provide support to the Head of Legal / MD

- Dealing with general day to day operational legal enquiries from the business units/departments, maintain regular contact with other SMARTKAS offices

- Staying informed, being up to date on industry related regulations

- Working 5 days/week in the office for the first 6 months (District 13.), agree on part home office afterwards

Requirements:

- Based in Budapest, have valid working visa (we dont provide visa)

- Degree in Law (bar exam not required)

- 1-3y work experience

- Fluent in professional English

- Self-driven, results and deadline oriented

- Able to multitask under stress in a fast paced, startup environment
