Salary: £26,500 - 30,000 per year
Requirements:- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for technology and a strong interest in developing a career within IT
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting, utilising AI and new technologies
- Willingness to learn new technologies, develop technical skills and work towards professional certifications
- Some previous IT experience or qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide professional, reliable technical support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Manage support requests through our Service Desk platform
- Ensure customers receive an excellent support experience
- Work with a broad range of technologies

We are working with a long-standing client in Oxford offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home, with hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and a salary of up to £30k per annum depending on experience.
