Junior Implementation Consultant at shawscott | Jobyssey

About the job

We’re very excited to have the opportunity to expand our implementation team in Hungary and are welcoming applications from those with a technical background who are looking for a new challenge in the digital marketing world.

A little introduction to Shaw/Scott

We’re a global digital consultancy that helps brands create engaging and effective customer experiences through technology. With a well-established team in Europe, we’re looking to grow our technical team in Hungary and are looking for talented, committed, and knowledgeable industry experts.

What we’re looking for

Successful candidates will have good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an inquisitive person who can both prioritise and manage multiple requests while paying strong attention to the details.

A background in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Braze would be advantageous. However, as this is a junior role, someone with experience in a related area such as computer science or SaaS platform administration/implementation would also be suitable.

All positions in Shaw+Scott require a curious mind and passion for learning new technologies and ways of working, but this is especially true in developmental positions. You’ll be a highly motivated learner who’s eager to pursue certifications and follow our structured training pathway.

Ideally, candidates will be based near our Budapest hub, though remote work from anywhere in Hungary is possible. Some on-site meetings and travel (including internationally) may be required depending on project or company needs. The ability to be self‑motivating while working from home is essential.

What we’re offering

We offer extensive training on a variety of platforms with a supportive team that fosters growth and development. There is an opportunity for career progression with a path towards becoming a senior implementation engineer or solutions engineer in the future.

Whilst the role is remote, there is access to an office in Budapest for occasional meetings and coworking. We also offer home office, private medical insurance, SZÉP card benefits and, of course, a competitive salary.

The job role

As a junior implementation consultant, you will support the execution of marketing activities by partnering with our clients and a cross-functional team of experts as part of our technical services team. You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns, associated data flows and programs including email, SMS, push and web messages.
