Leads the end-to-end development, vendor coordination, and phased rollout of an in-house Building Maintenance Software platform across 50+ buildings for a facilities management company — covering requirements gathering, documentation, data migration, training delivery, and ongoing system improvement.
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager with a background in Information Technology and knowledge of building / facility management operations. You will lead the end-to-end development and rollout of a proprietary Building Maintenance Software platform.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage the project plan for a new Facility / Building Maintenance Software to be used across 50+ buildings and projects
Undertake in-depth research and analysis of maintenance requirements, compliance, and operational needs across all buildings in consultation with building managers and stakeholders
Prepare full business requirements, functional specifications, and system architecture documentation for software development within 12 month
Manage software development lifecycle, including vendor coordination, budget control, quality assurance and timeline management
Plan and execute phased roll-out of the software across all buildings over 2-3 years
Ensure successful implementation, data migration, and integration with existing systems
Develop training materials and deliver training to building managers and facility staff to ensure effective adoption of the software
Provide ongoing support, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement of the system
About you
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field - Essential
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in technology project management, software development or ICT systems implementation
Minimum 1+ year of experience or exposure to building management, facility management, property operations or construction projects
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, software project planning, and rollout management
Strong understanding of building maintenance workflows, asset management and compliance is highly desirable
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and training skills
