Junior HR recruiter (PART-TIME/INTERNSHIP)

We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern / Part-Time Recruiter to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment. You’ll work closely with the team to identify, engage and coordinate with potential candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with job postings across various recruitment platforms
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and other channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and phone calls
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks if needed
• Support the team with other ad hoc recruitment-related duties

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and/or in person
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior recruitment experience required — training will be provided
• Students, fresh graduates and career starters are welcome
