Junior Fullstack Developer

• Work across multiple application modules, handling development, enhancement, maintenance, and operational support activities.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including performing initial analysis and identifying appropriate solutions to minimize service disruption.
• Develop and implement temporary workarounds when necessary to ensure business continuity while permanent solutions are being prepared.
• Develop and enhance new and existing application features based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform application maintenance and bug fixing, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
• Support application deployment activities across relevant environments and assist in validating successful releases.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, deployment, and application delivery processes.
• Convert UI/UX mockups and business requirements provided by Business Analysts into functional and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful feature delivery and issue resolution.
• Support ETL and scheduled job processes, including monitoring and troubleshooting data integration workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing application functionality, deployment processes, and system reliability

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Have skill in PHP, Java Spring Boot, and React.js (must).
• Have SQL Query skill (must).
• Familiarity with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, Job Scheduler, and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
• Have experience in application development, maintenance, and production support. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
